Моделът обаче не разголи само тялото, а и душата си. В интервюто за списанието тя признава, че има дневник, в който пише веднъж или два пъти седмично и че това ѝ помага да потуши тревожността, пристъпите на паника и дори „малкото депресия“.

„Важно е да имаш пространство, което е само за теб, където можеш да споделиш чувствата си, своя гняв, разочарование и стрес, нещата, които те плашат, нещата, които те правят щастлив и дори просто идеи“, споделя моделът.

Тя разказва, че дневникът ѝ е от старомодните, които имат катинар. След като приключва с писането си, тя го заключва, така че никой да не види и разкрие споделеното, защото е много потайна.

Кендъл признава, че преди години е била изключително ядосана на света, което често е показвала с агресия върху папараци и т.н.

„Можете да намерите стари клипове, на които крещя на папараците без причина, но понякога и с много очевидна причина. Сега съм много по-спокойна с нещата. С годините се научих да се контролирам и се чувствам много по-добре“, категорична е моделът. Да бъде спокойна и помага не само писането, но и четенето.

„Преди две нощи имах паническа атака и просто си казах: „О, но знаеш ли какво? Просто ще взема тази книга и ще се опитам да забравя“, разказва още Кендъл, като признава, че обича да чете и често го прави, защото ѝ доставя истинско удоволствие.

Тя казва, че физическата активност е друга форма на терапия за нея, независимо дали се упражнява с треньора си, ходи на пилатес, язди конете си или се разхожда с кучето си. „Мисля, че се чувствам наистина добре психически, когато се чувствам наистина добре физически.“

Кендъл медитира и се интересува от ефектите на лечението със звук. Години наред посещава специалисти, които ѝ правят частни сесии в звукова баня. Сега обаче разполага със своя собствена техника, с която сама се учи как да се лекува със звук.

Кендъл казва, че това да бъде модел е само една глава от книгата на живота ѝ. Глава, която ѝ е позволила да се почувства жена с много власт. Това да бъде собственик на марката текила 818 Tequila и модния бранд FWRD тя описва като „новата глава“.

„Все още имам чувството, че не съм напълно оформена, но с всяка глава ставам малко по-пълноценна“, категорична е Кендъл Дженър.
