Дара най-после влезе във форма. Певицата, позната и като треньор в музикалното състезание „Гласът на България“, свали доста килограми още в началото на годината заради концерта си през април, с който представи албума „Родена такава“. След това не се отказа нито от строгия режим, който спазваше, нито от тренировките и резултатите са повече от впечатляващи. Дара вече е с фитнес фигура, има тънка талия и стегнати коремни мускули, които гордо подчертава с оскъдни тоалети.

Два месеца ѝ отнело да отслабне и да извае мускулатурата си. Певицата, която на 9 септември ще празнува 24-тия си рожден ден, започнала годината с фитнес тренировки, които съчетавала с танци. Спазвала стриктен хранителен режим, като не консумирала захар, тестени изделия, алкохол и газирани напитки. Сега Дара поддържа постигнатите резултати с чести посещения във фитнеса.

Спортува 4 пъти в седмицата, като понякога си позволява да пропусне тренировка. Затова пък се придържа стриктно към режима си на хранене. Не яде вредни храни и често прави т.нар. фастинг, което ще рече, че гладува. 16 часа не хапва нищо, а в следващите 8 часа може да яде.

Дара залага не само на здравословните храни, а и на билки. Повечето ѝ ги праща баба от село Лещен, с която се запознала при едно от пътуванията си. Възрастната жена често я радвала с колети с билки и чайове, които младата певица е включила в здравословния си режим.

Вдъхновението на Дара да е в перфектна форма, както и да твори музика, в последните месеци се дължи и на новата ѝ любов. Още през юни певицата показа в социалните мрежи кой е мъжът, който я мотивира. Той е Ервин Иванов, лекар е и доктор по фармакология. По-голям е от Дара, малко след 30-те.

„Изключително грижовен, много обичащ и много слънчев човек. Вдъхновява ме всеки ден да съм още по-добра – и за себе си, и за хората, но най-вече за музиката… Радвам се, че съм срещнала този човек и че имам това“, споделя младата певица.

Дара избягва да говори за мъжа до себе си, както не коментира и слуха, че преди него е имала тайна авантюра с гаджето на колежката си Маги Джанаварова. Последната сподели за любовната драма през април. Тогава тя разказа, че през лятото на 2021 г. се е разделила с приятеля си, с когото имали 3-годишна връзка, защото разбрала за изневерите му. Маги каза, че вече бившият ѝ приятел ѝ изневерил с колежка, но така и не разкри името ѝ, пише „Ние жените“. Почти веднага след емоционалните ѝ признания се заговори, че колежката, която е въртяла забранена любов с вече бившето ѝ гадже, е Дара.
